This shot was taken of Natasha Heiss..my youngest daughter, on my iphone whilst out for a walk today beside the Basingstoke Canal in Surrey. I can’t get enough of the ease which carrying a great camera on a smartphone makes taking impromptu photographs…I can see why sales of the bog standard digital compacts are plummeting.
Why have an average camera that takes up room in your pocket when the phone will shoot similar quality images. Of course, the phone isn’t a patch on the new range of CSC cameras..(like my Samsung NX100)..with big sensors and good lenses.. they make high quality DSLR images in a pocket sized body..
Enough techno-babble.. look at the photograph!
